Great so far - initial report is good
The chair is already saving my back from my abomination of an old chair - I'm 6ft2 and 320lbs, and I feel well supported and the neck pillow perfectly lines up with my height. I couldn't get my head close to the armrest in most desk chairs, but this one actually fits taller people.
I didn't find any use for the lumbar pillow as I didn't have enough room to sit, but as I lose more weight it may prove useful.

Like sinking into a hug
I have had this chair for about a month now, i have a bad back and bought this for the extra support and comfort. It is great! Very comfy, with plenty of room for a larger person. The back support is just right and means i don't have to try and position a load of cushions behind me because it does the job. The adjustable arms are handy, i didn't have that on my last chair and have found them to be comfy also. Great chair, i recommend it.

Bought as I work from home. The chair is amazing with excellent support and comfort. Assembled on my own which was fine (bit heavy lifting in parts) and took 30 mins. Would I recommend the item? 100%

Chair is comfortable and looks good
I am using the seat as an office/Computer chair, it is comfortable, looks good, no excessive branding, had no problems putting it together, good value compared to the more expensive gaming chairs.

Fantastic quality
You need to be strong or call for help installing this chair. It came in a huge box and no wonder, the seat and backside is one single piece, the wheels are double the size of a regular chair and the quality is phenomenal however, I am giving it 4 stars because for the price and expectations, I hoped there was more padding on the seating area.
I work and study online full time so I spend a lot of hours seated so I can tell that it's a great chair overall, but still recommend an orthopedic pillow if you are going to spend quite a few hours on it.
