Excellent product
Initial delivery contained just the gravy boat - the saucer was missing. However, the process for rectify this error was extremely straightforward and a replacement item was dispatched immediately. Product was exactly the size needed and I am very happy with it.

Different product to the one ordered!
I bought this gravy boat mainly because of the saucer. However, when I came to collect it today in the store in North Finchley, there was no saucer in the box. Needless to say I demanded a refund. The store manager was quite apologetic and processed the refund but I was wondering why such a thing could happen. In fact what was in my box was a completely different and cheaper gravy boat. Luckily I asked them to unpack my parcel because I was on foot and couldn't carry such a big parcel. I am a very disappointed first time customer!
