Got to have filters
Water filter came with a filter, but as it was a gift, its good to include more. Was assisted with selecting the correct filters for the machine. Excellent price, excellent value for money

A bit fiddley to insert the cartridge
had trouble inserting the cartridge though had to leave it then come back to it. But after figuring it out its very useful.

Good Alternative Water Filter.
Got this at half their normal price so thought I'll give it a try as I have always use the Britax for my water filter.
So far so good, water is clean tasting but I can't say a huge difference over the Britax apart from the price!

Better than bottled water
We are still using the older Aqua Optima Original water jugs but thankfully these Aqua Optima Evolve+ filters fit them still. We were thinking of getting new water jugs but there is nothing wrong with them and it would be just more plastic waste if we do. Anyway the filters are easy to fit to the jug with simple instructions re flushing out the filters before fitting, and flushing through with water a few times when fitted, before they are ready for use. We have never had any quality issues with the filters and they last a good time. They are stated to need changing every 30 days but I guess this depends on how hard your water is, how often they are used, etc.
