Product great - service not so
The kettle is great BUT can be bought in many other places (wish I'd just gone to Amazon). I (stupidly on my part) ordered 2 by mistake. Have been trying to return one via the Robertdyas courier return method and what a nightmare. 3 weeks later, 2 courier scheduled dates not honoured, numerous emails and a few phone calls (don't use the call back system either) and I still have a spare kettle sitting fully packaged in my kitchen. So, they still have the price of the kettle plus my £7.50 I've paid for a courier to come and collect. Me, I've just got a boat load of frustration and a wish I'd ordered from somewhere else.

Style and colour , a winning combination!
I had been looking for ages for a kettle to replace one that was 10 years old and rather tired looking in a new kitchen setting. Ariete Vintage has come to my rescue! Just what I was looking for, must have been meant to be The first purchase from Robert Dyas but not the last!

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
