Great buy!
Easy to put together, solo female! Not a bright white more grey/white. Lots of storage. All predrilled holes matched up and all parts clearly labeled, making reading the instructions a breeze,.

Noy too bad for the price
Easy to assemble, however the doors seem impossible to align, suspect due to the cheap hinges, we will need to purchase better quality ones to hopefully rectify the mis-aligned doors

Flimsy Piece of Furniture - Avoid
Bought this after reading positive reviews and the fact it was being sold by reputable company Robert Dyas.
Arrived quickly although the delivery company left on door without even ringing doorbell. Discovered the top shelf was damaged which Robert Dyas replaced without question.
The sideboard comes in many little parts and as such not ideal for any novice flat pack assembler. It took sometime to put together and once complete the sideboard had unaligned doors despite attempting different hinge positions and the drawers were not smooth closing, needing to wobble to push back close.
Overall the sideboard was of poor material and doubt if it would last once items placed inside. The sideboard does look good so a shame the quality didn't live up to expectation.
Contacted Robert Dyas customer service to say not happy with product and the faults discovered once put together. They were happy to refund subject to sideboard being taken apart and repacked in courier condition. It was disappointing that a few days later they were in touch to offer a partial refund (33%) and that I could keep sideboard. Once sending a clear email re-stating the reasons I had requested refund in the first place it was agreed courier would collect. Unfortunately courier failed to turn up on agreed collection date and subsequently decided to turn up a few days later only giving me notice on the day. Luckily I was home so item was collected.
Personally with my experience and the first time having purchased furniture from Robert Dyas I will not be buying furniture again albeit Robert Dyas was helpful. Maybe someone from HQ needs to look closer at the quality of this particular product.

Poorly made product. None of the doors fit properly. Not wasy to return once product is already made up so we have a wonky cabinet.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
