Good sisal rug.
Great rug, just wish the colour was more beige and neutral. In certain light it looks bit orange. It also took good few days for the rug to go straight - fold marks (despite the rug coming in a roll) are still slightly visible). Overall not a bad price for a sisal rug.

I was going to get a sisal rug made to measure & then I saw the Asiatic Sisal Rug 230 x 160 cm. I'm so pleased with, it looks better than I expected. What good value.

Great , better quality than expected
I bought the extra large 240 x340 for our living room floor. It is sturdy and decent thickness, really as illustrated. The backing seems decent quality and will mean there are no draughts up through our floorboards. Sisal is not soft underfoot (as I expected) but it provides a sturdy floor covering for our wooden boards, and we have a smaller woollen rug on top to put our feet on when relaxing. The product came extremely fast, well-wrapped and undamaged. We haven't had it long and there are some 'joins' in the sisal weave that will probably fray quite soon, but time will tell. Very pleased so far.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
