Works great, after initial setup pains
This is a great little device and so far (few weeks) it has worked like a charm. The main issue is that the setup process can be a bit painful and I feel like a lot of headaches could be saved had the instructions been more comprehensive. Connecting the device to the TV is easy enough. Pairing it with headphones was a challenge though as neither the device nor the headphones have displays so it's difficult to see and understand what is happening. The led lights on the device to flash, etc. when in pairing mode but that is of limited help. It took me a long time of trial and error to pair my two sets of headphones. Once I managed to pair them though, I haven't had any issues since. The second problem was that I used an optical connection and apparently the device only works with a PCM signal. This is not in the manual and it took me a loooong time to figure out on my own (I had to change the sound settings on the TV).
As I said though, ever since I set it up, it has worked flawlessly.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
