Perfect!
This ironing board has taken away my back aches! It is the perfect height for me and I wish I had bought it a long time ago. Only downside is that my iron doesn't rest well on the iron holder but thats a small niggle compared to the joy of no backache!

Smart and sturdy ironing board
Love this! It is well made and sturdy with great adjustment, a shelf for small ironed items and hanger hooks on end of board for shirts etc. The colour is really nice and the wide board is just perfect for ironing sheets and larger items

Quality ironing board for the price
Really sturdy ironing board even on floorboards. Wide & great length so easy for ironing sheets. The only negative is the iron rest is pretty flat therefore when not in use losing a lot of steam

TERRIBLE design and TERRIBLE service!
Terrible design....The level that holds the legs in place when folded is about half an inch too high up, so you cannot clip the legs in place when storing.
The cover is wafer thin and absolutely no use whatsoever for ironing...you might as well iron directly on the metal board. The cover was also completely creased when it arrived. No wonder Robert Dyas passed my order on to a disocunt store (No1Brands4u) for fulfilment.
Added to all of this, dealing with Robert Dyas to get this issue resolved was probably the worst shopping experience I have EVER had!!

Product Quality and Repalcement Process Not Good
The ironing board arrived minus one foot. I emailed Robert Dyas to find out if they were going to replace it or just send out a replacement foot. The responded by passing the problem to the supplier Beldray to resolve, which was fair enough. A week later I had heard nothing, so I recontacted Robert Dyas, this time they said to expect a replacement within 7 days. Which I did, neither the original nor the replacement actually stands completely level, they both rock when in use.
