A good size portable cooler.
Needed to get a fan of some type to freshen up and help circulate air in the bedrooms at home. We have a portable AC in the main floor lounge but it’s rather heavy to carry it up and down etc…hence as I already knew about coolers, I decided to look for one, not too heavy, bulky or noisy. Came across either Beldray cooler at the local Robert Dyas that was on offer but that did not matter much as the size and specs were perfect for the bedroom at home. Very pleased with it.

Good buy for the hot weather.
Fill up the tank with cold water, ice or the freezer blocks supplied and it really works.In a west facing room which gets the worst of the summer sun in the afternoons there was a noticeable difference. Cheapish to buy and very cheap to run, much, much less than an a/c. A good purchase.

Would recommend!
Great product! Smaller than I thought & v lightweight, makes the room cool quite quickly. My only gripe is I am unsure how to empty or remove the water tray, bar that would definitely recommend.

Just the job
We bought this in the middle of a heat wave and it's not as good as a fixed air conditioning but for the price of this, the room down to a bearable heat as long as the
water reservoir is topped up regularly as it works by air blowing through a veil of water running down a filter if you want it even cooler you can put ice packs in the water so air is cooler still not as noisy as a upright can plus the ossilation is over a bigger area than our old fan

It is easy to use and does provide a cool atmosphere in the room. However I do take it outside to empty as the water tray is not removable but it is worth while overall.

Life saver!

Amazing machine
How I wish I had bought one of these beauties years ago. Our kitchen is a sauna in the summer's we have now and this is a life saver, streams of chilled cooling air on your stripped of perspiring bodies is just mana from the heavens. Sell your children, dog or spouse but buy one before the next heatwave and they are all gone

Worth the price!
I bought this for my trip to London and am so glad that I did. It's a good quality air cooler that's an alternative to A/C in the summer. The freeze packs are especially good to make a big difference in a room. I actually received a newer model of this in my order which I liked...!
The only downside is that when it's about to raining or raining, the air is too humid for it to be as effective. It still works but if you can pair it with a dehumidifier (I tried to but my UK adapter didn't work with it) that should make it much better. I also wish that the vents were a little longer/larger -- but it still worked well.
Great value for the price! I also bought a cheaper one and could definitely tell the difference in quality between both products.

Better than an ordinary fan.
I bought this for the heatwave a month ago and using it again for the current one. The buttons are very straightforward but the water refill tray is a hassle because I can’t seem to be able to get it out to clean it and empty. To get a really quite pleasant breeze, you must use the freezer blocks and add cold water from the fridge. In all happy with this purchase.

Just in Time!
It was a lightbulb moment. My dad had a big birthday on what was the record breaking hottest day. I had no idea what to get. Walked past Dyas and saw this in the window. Went home and did some quick research and they were selling like hot cakes so got one. My parents are both thrilled. It is their new best friend.

WONDERFUL COOLING BREEZE
Definitely a good buy. I have used air coolers for years, if used correctly they are a very good alternative to expensive air conditioning units. This little beauty gives off a lovely cool breeze across the whole room.

If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
