Excellent product
Liked the look of this fire and lowest price by some £40. Wasn't disappointed as the size is perfect for our room, very realistic flame feature and LED ambient lighting is comforting. Very quiet in operation. All-round a great buy.

Wall mounted fire
I bought the fire on line and it was delivered promptly. What the advertisement and details did not say was that it should be a certain height above the floor to avoid over heating and fire. This due to a shelf was not possible so returned. The return arrangements were quick and simple . Robert Dyas were throughout efficient and responsive. My only comment would be that the advertisements should refer to height/safety issues
