Overview
Bestway Pool Heater is a simple and effective way to warm up water in your above ground pool, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment to swim, paddle or play in. The outdoor pool heater is ideal for use with Bestway pools measuring 15 ft or smaller however can be used with bigger pools to slightly less effect.
The electric pool heater has two hose outlets, one of which connects it to a filter pump and the other to your above ground pool. Clear, clean and pristine water is pumped into the above ground pool heater via the filter pump, where it’s then heated and pumped back into the pool. The swimming pool heating system is compatible with filter pumps and sand filters with a flow rate of 1000 gal/hr (3785 L) or less. The swimming pool heater, which has a 4 m power cord to plug it into to an electrical outlet, comes with all the necessary hoses and attachments, ensuring a swift and simple set up.
Depending on your pool size and your preferred temperature the pool heater can take anywhere between 12 hours to 3 days to warm the water. The swimming pool heater has the ability to increase water temperature by approximately 0.5 degree Celsius to 1.5 degree Celsius per hour. Once again, this varies from pool size to pool size. Please note that this pool heater does not include a thermostat to adjust the temperature setting.

Great little heater
This heater did the job. It took a couple of days because we have a deep 12 foot round pool with a weak pump. But it has been so nice to get into a warm pool.

Works a treat - daren’t look at electric bill!
Although it was a tad late on arrival to the store, the staff were lovely at the Solihull branch, so very happy with the transaction. I run the heater off an unwound extension lead rated at 3800watts so it’s more than capable of handling the heater. The socket gets warm, but no more than that and I run the pump off a separate socket. Ran the heater for a day and there was a noticeable difference, so much so my wife and son got into our a Bestway 10’ pool, so proof alone it had made a difference. Then, each morning I turned it on for about four hours and the temp was lovely, assisted by the heatwave I’m sure, but my assessment is that the heater for a 10’ pool is very effective, but I dread to look at the electric bill. Saying that, my lot wouldn’t have got in the pool without it so in my honest opinion it’s worth the money as we’ve all been in the pool loads and made good use if it. Really easy to switch on, turn on the pump, turn on the heater, re-set the trip switch, bleep, long press on the heater and off she goes. Probably going to cost me a bomb, but worth the investment to get the enjoyment out of the pool, especially as we move into Autumn.

If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
