Our Birchtree pop up gazebo can be set up in minutes. It comes with a heavy duty steel folding frame, 2 wind support beam, double layer roof and sides also guide ropes, pegs, weight bags & a storage carrying bag. This 2 wind support beam will provide extra stability for the frame, as well as the guide ropes and 4 weight bags. Our gazebo come with four side panels - two with church style windows and two with full length zipper doorways. This Birchtree pop up gazebo sets have everything you need for family gathering, BBQs, parties or any other events. With our two extra wind support beam, the wind will not damage the gazebo easily, the best thing is you get this for free (the market price for this is £29.99). Thanks to all these extra supports, our gazebo will always be the last one standing. We believe you only need to buy once if you buy the right one!

Whole experience. Including prompt delivery!
Easy to put up with Two people. Easy to take down and store away. We used it on a rainy day but waited till the next day when it had dried, before taking down. Waterproof and wind shield worked well. Would definitely recommend.

Returned as small hole in roof
Unfortunately there was a small hole in the canvas when we opened it so we had to return. Awaiting refund or replacement as it was for my Dads birthday and he really liked the gazebo

I have had mine two years and honestly all the parts are snapping. A lot of the top is plastic which over times gets weak. Would not recommend

Gazebo went up ok but when we tried to take it down one of the release buttons jammed and one fell inside the supporting pole so gazebo still standing in the garden and we are waiting to hear from Robert Dyas about a refund and how on earth we can return it as we can’t fold it back down!

Super easy to put up but not very strong.
Easy to put up but its not very strong. Only had it ip for 2 weeks and after a little bit of wind and rain a side panel has already gone away from the stictching.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
