First class product
I used my new bissell to steam clean my slate floors , other cleaners didn't get into the natural curves of the floor but this steam cleaner did , they looked like new , also I used the hand held steamer to clean my bathroom tiles and taps and shower screen , absolutely brilliant, as a clean freak I would t definitely recommend it.

Well made product
I bought this slim line steam cleaner particularly for the grout attachment and to keep my shiny kitchen floor spotless. I've bought other bissell product in the past and have always been very satisfied with the quality of these products. It arrived promptly was extremely well packaged and the design and quality of it cannot be criticized. I used the grout attachment and although it removed some of the discoloration it wasn't noticeably different. The steam cleaner was acceptable but on my shiny tiles it was inclined to leave some streaking which I'm sure wouldn't be noticeable on other types of flooring. I will continue to use it as it was all in all a very good deal.

I would not buy these again I will be returning them.
Very disappointed with this item, I don't know if mine was just faulty but it just kept spluttering and leaking water out of the outlet. I have returned it and Bissell were very responsive once I found the correct email address to contact them on. They have offered me a refund on receipt of my Bissell. Just sent it back a few days ago so hopefully I will be refunded.

If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.

We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
