Black and Decker Corded 60cm Hedge Trimmer
The extra blade length of the trimmer hopefully means I will be able to span the width of my hedge in one cut and cut it straighter over the length. So far I have only used the trimmer for cutting a fir tree which it did very well and the extra length in the blade meant I was able to reach to the top of the side of the tree. Although a longer blade there seems to be no decrease in movability, as it seems light and balanced. The only down side I have noticed is the length of cable is permanently attached to the trimmer which is a minor storage issue. However, this should not detract from what is an excellent piece of kit!

Light and agile
Had this for a couple of weeks and the the recent very wet weather has meant that I have only had the opportunity of trimming a smallish privet hedge. This was easily accomplished and the feel/handling suggests it should manage a more 'heavy duty' task. I last had a Black & Decker hedge trimmer more than 15 years ago and it had served me well. I will hope this new one provides the same longevity.
