superb
Delighted with this outdoor clock. bought on line, it came very quickly and was superbly packaged. Very study and very well made, the hands seems secure (saying this because 2 similar from other retailers the hands fell off!!!) secures very well on to the wall under my verandah and overall cannot fault. Really pleased.

Not good quality
The welding is very poor and the roman numerals are not aligned. The numbers have been damaged due to welding. The gold parts have been painted over with black. the putting together of the parts is very poor. the ring black metal looks like it has been topped up with pen. this is poorly made.

Very bad Workmanship
I brought this clock 4 weeks. I have been sending emails backwards and forwards only still to be waiting for this to be returned for a refund

Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
