Great!
Excellent product much better than cheaper / similar priced options on Amazon. Actually gets the job done and comes with a lighter socket power lead so no need to wait on dead batteries to charge

The connection to the car's cigarrete lighter does not hold very tight. It should lock in by means of its lateral springs, but the said lighter has no slots for them. Antecipating this type of lighter in some car models (ours is a 2009 Ford KA), some other connection should be available. In addition, 12V is not enough to extract all rubbish from car carpets. Much brushing is required with attachment provided, which is somewhat tiring.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
