Very comfortable
due to working from home because of the Covid19 situation I decided I wanted/needed a chair for for the purpose. What was important to me was having a mesh back to keep my back cool and a higher weight capacity to cope with 8hrs or more a day for the foreseable future.
This fit the bill perfectly, it took a bit longer to arrive than originally stated but this was acceptable under the circumstances.
Quite easy to put together.
Very happy with this purchase.

Not too bad
Overall quite a nice chair, though not that supportive and the head rest is next to useless. Not that I ever lounge back to use the headrest, but if you're 6'2'' it doesn't come close to fitting. I wouldn't mind if 6'2'' was extra tall, but it's quite a regular height for a chair design to fit.

Not built to last
mesh is separating from the chair. I was told a refund/replacement wouldn't be considered as this is "wear and tear". After such a short period of time, and only moderate use, this was v surprising. So now I have a chair where the mesh is slowly coming further and further away from the frame and only one armrest is adjustable, the other is either up or down all the way as it won't hold anywhere in the middle. For the price, this isn't good enough. I was offered another backrest, but told it was a "goodwill gesture" - how long will a replacement hold up? Less than six months again? Over £200 for a chair that will give you a year of life (if lucky) seems steep to me.
