Great little tree, stands approx 32" high, great quality, doesn't shred bits like my other used too, the only thing i didn't like is the stand was very stiff to insert the legs needed some force and very hard to dismental when done, could only get one of the feet off after pushing and pushing didn't want to break it, so have left 2 on. Could do with something to make it easier to insert and dismental a release catch or made just easier to slide in and out. the light are constantly flashing but not in a way to cause any problems. Love it apart from the stand issue.
