So pleased.
This four foot tree is absolutely beautiful. I love the fibre optic colours and it is such a lovely shape too. I shall be sad when I have to put it back in the box after Christmas. I am so pleased with the price and delivery too.

An elegant Christmas tree.
This fibre-optic Christmas tree (4 feet in height) stands at the window of our kitchen diner. Set on a timer to come on at dusk and off at 11:30 it has been the centre of attention of our Christmas visitors. In a darkened room it is colourful and bright with waves of colour spreading across its branches and mesmerising all who look at it.

This is the worse Christmas tree we ever had. The fibre optic isn’t very bright at all. The fibre optic strands within the baubles were skimpy and dull and several of the baubles were dented. The settings too worked randomly and the star on the top hardly glowed at all. I contacted Robert Dyas complaining about it and their customer service is absolutely brilliant, second to none in fact and a refund was issued within 24 hours, unlike the tree which really doesn’t deserve a one star rating, their customer service is worthy of 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
