Quite a surprise
Only been using this fir a few Weeks, it is really is rather good, so much better than i thought it would be, it "Packs a Punch". From such a small unit comes great power, a bit like my Wife. .

Works well
I bought this as a replacement for a Karcher wich pumped water out from inside.Although not quite as effective as the Karcher it does what I need and is much easier to use and handle.

Adequate For all we need!
We got what we expected for the money, we clean the car wheels and small patio, not very powerful but you get what you pay for! In its favour it is light to carry around!

EasyAquatak 100 Model
Bosch EasyAquatak 100 was never described as the basic model with only a spray nozzle and no high power spray. Therefore not much help on a patio.

Broken Goods received
A week after receiving the Bosch EasyAquatak100 Long Lance I discovered one of the screwing points broken and the body split open. I wrote in an email to Customer Services last week on Monday 28th. February to requesting a replacement. It's now Monday 7th.March and apart from an automated reply, I have not received nothing in return. Poor customer service amd poor quality control to allow abroken item to be sent out.
