Bosch PUE611BF1B induction hob cooks fast and is energy efficient, when the hob is turned on, all the heat is directed to the base of the pan, which means no energy goes to waste and cooking is quicker than ever. It features 4 induction cooking zones with variable 17 stage power settings for each zone as well as a boost setting for a variety of flexible cooking options. The timer with switch-off function turns off the assigned cooking zone after the set time.

The PowerBoost function adds even more power to speed up the cooking process. For example, you can now boil 2 litres of water almost three times as fast as on a conventional glass-ceramic hob. Each cooking zone has a boost function which increases the power by up to 50%. This intense temperature increase will allow you to cook with even more speed.

Automatic pan recognition is a great safety element, as this hob will only produce heat when the pan is on the cooking zone.
