Well built and subtle design.
I bought this to replace an old fabric basket. It has a good capacity and the removable bag makes it easy to transport your washing to the machine.

Top Notch Product
I purchased a few weeks ago and this product does exactly what it suppose to. Very simple to use and the lid only needs to be removed when emptying or for larger items. It's also large enough for a family of 4!

Perfect but bit overpackaged
Bin excellent- style, quality function. Delivery excellent.
Bin itself came in great, sturdy cardboard packaging. Which was (unnecessarily?) wrapped in a further massive cardboard box. Great to see no plastic packaging but I felt outer box was unnecessary.

Cork lid means it is no longer Brabantia quality
Product delivery was fine. Having been a Brabantia fan for many years, I was very disappointed with the cork lid. If I had seen it in the shop I would not have bought it, particularly not at the price.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
