Bought this through Robert Days at best price available online. Delivery time was better than anticipated and the rack is easy to use and fold away - with plenty of drying space. I was kept informed throughout and very pleased with the excellent product and service.

Excellent Purchase
The size was clear on the description so the rack hangs on the inside of our cupboard door when not in use, very good to get it away. It can be lifted and moved when opened out with or without washing on which is a great feature. It is a robust item.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
