Well made, very sturdy
Great purchase including ground fixing. BUT do not under estimate how hard it might be to put the fixing into the ground. I ended up digging a hole, and then surrounding it in fence post concrete. Now it would withstand a hurricane!

Smooth action!
I have used Brabantia clothes lines for decades and have never been disappointed - my last line lasted for 20 years or so. Although large, it isn’t heavy and folds up like a dream. It is also a strong, sturdy, well made product.

Excellent quality
Bought to replace rotary that was already installed when moved in 11 years ago. Decided on 60m version, very impressed with quality build & solid stature whilst still being light to use & move. Decided to postcrete spike instead of just into lawn. Appears to be a high quality, long-lasting product.

Brilliant buy at a brilliant price
Very satisfied with rotary dryer, good build , lots of washing line , looks more expensive than what I paid for it. Although the ground spike that it came with states its for a no cement installation , I was concerned that should I hit a stone half way , it would mean digging it out , so I bought a bag of post cement that was quick setting. I am a 64 year old female, and found it easy to install.

I ordered this but was sent the smaller (50m) one.
I ordered this but was sent the smaller (50m) airer. I got in contact with Robert Dyas and they would not sent the correct item until a week later. This was unacceptable to me so I reluctantly kept the wrong item and accepted a small refund for the price difference. I could have purchased either product cheaper elsewhere but the delivery was quicker from Robert Dyas, which is why I ordered from them initially. I now wish I hadn't.
The airer is very sturdy and well made. It's been up for over a month and still looks like new (covered when not in use).
It's easy to raise and lower and despite being sturdy, is lightweight enough for most to use.
The most difficult bit is getting the holder in the ground to be level.
I would recommend the product, but not the service from Robert Dyas as I personally found them unhelpful and not caring.

Great washing line - nightmare putting it up
Once up the washing line is sturdy and easy to use. But it took five people, a sledgehammer and a few bits of wood as well as a pick axe to make the hole. It needs to be quiet deep so be prepared - it isn’t easy!

Quality is not what it sed to be.........
I purchased this airier last year but did not use it until March this year (2023). It was purchased to replace my 15 year old same model Brabantia which wa getting past it's sell by date but still functioning. It was "up" in all weathers and uncovered.
I wish that i hadn't bothered. Within 3 weeks one of the line's had broken and gradually over the past few months at least another 4 lines had broken - all at the same stress point where the line itself meets the arm immediately where the line is clamped in the retaining clip. The airier has been lowered and covered after every use unlike my previous arier and as there only the two of us it has never been overloaded and never over strained when "erected".
I cannot believe j how poorly this aier has perfomed. I'd have been better off purchasing a generic aier and replace it replace it every year rather than buy this so called premium aier and still have to replace it every year. Pity the lines are not covered by the warranty.

The guarantee is 3 years out of date,the box lists with a cover in it.
The spike isn't strong enough on it's own,needs cementing in!

Poor quality
Purchased as I have never had a problem with this brand of product before and the earlier reviews were good . Product was very easy to install with a very smooth action . Problem occurs when trying to raise to highest position support struts made from flimsy type of metal which buckeld making product unusable so returned to place of purchase
