Smart with good features
It’s not cheap but it’s worth the cost. It looks good and the design means that the bin liner doesn’t stick out or show at all when the bin is closed. Also I’m really pleased with the gentle slow-close lid. These 2 features are so much better than my old bin!

Best yet!
The latest bin looked good at first
but split and eventually burst,
like the rest it was just as bad: it creaked, groaned and rusted,
(although bought from a place that we trusted)
so this time we finally thought
that it was time we actually bought
the brand that we knew was the best and put all our worries to rest.

Poor service
We paid for the next day delivery, received confirmation and waited all day. When goods hadn't arrived we called Robert Dyas who explained there was a distribution issue and couldn't offer an acceptable alternative date. We agreed to cancel the order. I bought the goods from John Lewis in the end without any problems.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
