Excellent shopping experience
Great shopping experience. Product sent very quickly and arrived well packaged and safely. My one negative would be the company not posting to Northern Ireland. As part of the UK it costs no more for postage than to the mainland. My sister posted it to me from Wales however I knew this when I placed my order so my negative is really constructive criticism in the hope this can be reviewed. Absolutely great product, fantastic shopping experience and extremely competitive pricing. Thank you

Absolute game changer
I had my previous epilator for 25 years, it’s was still in good working order but I realised that surely the design and comfort factors must have improved. I treated myself to this and what a brilliant device it is. So much less painful to use, it grabs every single hair and I can’t see any breakage either. Couldn’t be happier.

This Product is amazing!
I absolutely love this product! It’s so easy to use and it’s way better than shaving. I first tried it on my arms and then on my legs. It only hurts a little bit, but it’s worth it! Beauty is pain right? Plus it looks so nice and I love the color of the product. I love that it comes in a great packaging too. I definitely will use this all the time!

Amazing product

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
