Great features.
I bought this toaster a month ago, and am so happy that I did. It's easy to operate, as well as to clean - and I can toast four slices of bread - all at the same time. The call centre staff were also polite when I ordered the toaster, and the delivery of the item was prompt.

Looks good but it doesn’t fit bread well!
Bought it for the functions and looks good but when we got it home and tried it on standard warburton sliced bread- the bread doesn’t fit well and a bit at the end and a not toasted!

Nice colour but not easy to make a toast.
I was not very impressed with this one, uneven colour of bread and very difficult to set time as for one of slot, one side was nearly burnt but the other side was so pale so I had to physically swap bread round and put them back in and found toasts harder, unlike previous makers which made nice even colour with slightly soft inside.

Bought on the 4/5/19 did the job just how I like it. then on the 15/6/20it developed a fault, the first rack would not hold down, had to stay with it to make toast. ran out of steam just ove 12 month warranty. it was only used twice a week and not every week. not happy
