Excellent Iron
I like a heavier iron. This one is great. it makes short work of sheets and bedding yet in nifty enough to do even the most complicated shirt. Very good product all round!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This iron is phenomenal. Heats up within seconds and is ready to use. The design of this iron is fantastic and the steaming feature is amazing. Also has a cord storage space for the plug so you can easily store it when not in use. The ceramic plate glides effortlessly over the clothes leaving them crease free. Wonderful iron does everything it says on the box too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A slick looking design - one of the trendiest irons I've ever used. It is, however, a little on the heavy side but has a comfortable grip and is easy to handle. The iron seems to heat up fairly quickly and stays evenly hot throughout the ironing lot. For more delicate fabrics I use a thin cloth in between the iron and the washing to not ruin both the fabrics and the iron. So far I'm happy with the steam feature - it doesn't leak once up to temperature but does need topping up mid the load. The cord length is satisfactory too, and overall I'm satisfied with the iron.

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
