Great tap
Bought this to replace an old leaky filter tap in kitchen. Delivered on time and exactly as described. Fitting was a doddle as it has a brass sleeve which screws into the base of the tap and fits exactly in the hole in the sink unlike other rubbish C bracket arrangements usually supplied. The led light on the filter tap is a great enhancement. Good product, great service, great company to deal with.

Nice good looking design.
I brought this to replace my 10yr old Brita Tap.
As taps go it wasn’t too bad to install. Instruction pictures where clear.
After a trip to my local plumbers merchant. I was also able to connect my fridge’s Ice and water dispensers to the same Brita filter!

Great tap all round
Just installed and very happy so far with the filtered water tap. Installation is relatively straightforward and cartridge easy to fit. Hot and cold mixer part works well. Very happy overall.

I bought the previous model and was really happy with it. So when I was updating my new house I also bought Brita. I prefer to have a tap rather than a filter jug. Much more convenient.

Brilliant Tap
This the second Brita tap purchased, the first being my own. I have now purchased this one for my daughter, they are great for filtered water without the fuss of keep filling up a filter jug. The cartridges last for a fair amount of time, and the product is well built.

I bought a Brita tap and filter system from a competitor which had a plastic connector system inside and constantly leaked.
A replacement tap and filter from Robert Dyas had a metal system internally and did not leak.
I'm very happy with the product, price and delivery from Robert Dyas.

Expensive but works well!
Considering the cost of a regular tap, it's a lot extra to pay just to have a filter on it, but once you've accepted that it's great! Love having filtered water straight on the tap for filling my kettle, drinking etc. Especially in a hard water area, it helps prevent limescale build up on my kettle so quickly.

Very nice and useful
I bought this almost 2 weeks ago and i like it. It was not very easy to assemble because the pipes they are providing was a bit short.

Great quality system
Very happy with the Brita tap and filter system. Quality is very good and it looks very nice over the sink. Installation was pretty straightforward. Only two criticisms from me. The main hot and cold connector hoses are smaller than standard and my hot water flow is significantly reduced. Secondly the collar supplied to tighten the tap to the worktop is made of plastic and not really up to the job, as it can’t be tightened enough to hold the tap securely and prevent it from turning - should be metal.

Item appears well made and delivery by Dyas was very quick. Think I'd prefer cartridge change indicator not to be part of tap as on previous version. Very well equipped kit. Drop of water from each spout after turning off, but not serious. Stops, so valve probably not faulty. Good value from Dyas.

Water tastes good. Difficult to fit. My old brita tap had faults and this one does not seem any better.
