Easy to use - just got it so not sure how robust it is in longer term use

It was ok
I bought this jug on the 15th april and it looks nice and does the job. However on the 20th may the jug has developed a massive crack down one side. The jugs hasnt been knocked in anyway and has had gentle use.
Surprised at this as I had my previous jug for nearly 10 years.
I have contacted Robert Dyas for a refund.
