I had a new kitchen installed and decided to change to an inbuilt filter. What a great choice, I can drink water from the tap and my ke Title is thanking me too. The only negative is the water flow from the cold tap is slower but I am happy to live with it for the benefits

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even the mother in law was impressed Even the mother in law was impressed. For someone who is never complimentary, she came to our house for Christmas just after we installed this. She couldn't see the point and criticised us for installing it. However, on returning home (after drinking our newly filtered water for a week) she stated her water tasted horrible and chemically. Praise indeed. The water tastes noticeable better, def please we installed it. Only negative - it has dropped the pressure of the cold tap significantly

The only issue is the water pressure will be down a lot, however if you think about don't have to change the filter every month and clean the Brita jug, all worth it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cartridge I always had a Brita P1000 system which i loved but it was becoming too expensive to buy cartridges, so i changed over to the mypure SLIM V-MF which is supposed to last for a year as apposed to 3-6 months so better and cheaper, but i have noticed that when my old filter was getting to the end of its effective time I noticed scum build up on tea, which i am now seeing a bit not a lot after only 2 months use, so i will only be able to find out when i buy a new cartridge if it was the cartridge that came with the initial kit

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store

Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
