Rated 5 out of 5 by from Once installed, works well We had to fiddle with it a bit to install the filter at first. This was the first time we replaced the filter since we bought the Brita filter tap. Green light did not come on instantly after filter was replaced but did eventually. Easy online purchase, quick notification and collection from shop.

Because of this replacement of the filter overdue by several months. Robert Dyas saved the day when I ordered it online and it was delivered in a few days. I fitted it in a few minutes same day!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product I have been using this filter for several years and am very satisfied with it. It saves having to keep a filter jug on the worktop or in the fridge and having to change the filter every month. The cartridge is a bit fiddly to change until you get the hang of it but, once you master the technique, it's easy from then onwards. The timer that comes with the Brita filter tap provides a useful reminder to change every six months. Robert Days accepts the used cartridges for recycling, which is a useful benefit of obtaining replacements from this store.
