Overview
The BT 5960 Quad Cordless Phone makes staying in touch at home easier, with no wires and ease of use, it's the perfect family phone.
Basic call blocking features prevent nuisance calls from interrupting your day, and a large wireless range you can walk around the house without the phone signal dropping out.
There's also a loudspeaker, and ringer with adjustable volume, and a screen with caller ID, so you can see who's calling before you pick up. The clock also has an alarm function, which makes the BT 5960 perfect for use as a bedside phone.

Works well
Easy to set up in four places. Good to have call blocking facility. It would have been nice to be able to transfer from our former BT telephones the blocked numbers and our stored contacts numbers. Quick delivery. Reasonable cost.

I bought a multi handset home phone from Robert Days several months ago and recently it developed severe interference when in use, making it impossible to use. I checked the various handsets, batteries, and the phone line itself and could not identify any external problem and called Robert Dyas customer service and explained what checking I had done.
The person I talked to agreed that the product appeared to be faulty and looked for a replacement of the same type, but it was no longer available.
They then offered a refund of the price paid along with collection from home, and offered to sell me an alternative phone, albeit at a slightly higher price.
This was acceptable and the new phone was with me within 72 hours, and the courier collected the old phone on the agreed date, and the original price paid was refunded to my card within 24 hours of the failed one having been received by Robert Dyas.
A textbook example of effective service

Disappointed
I have tried several times to charge these phones. Each time the battery goes flat after it comes off the charger before I can start using the phones. Please replace with identical silver phones. I look forward to your reply.
