Does everything it says it does!
This is a very nice compact unit. Easy to use. Looks good. What a blessing to have those nuisance calls screened & blocked.
The only negative is that the display has no backlight, so you need a lamp on next to it. Would be 5* if it had this feature.

seems to do the job - at least for the time being.
My memory is not too good. And I could have expected somewhat better knowledge and guidance from the assistant i.e. to be more helpful, in view of my age and some uncertainty as to the product. For instance more information about this model's lifespan etc.

Not as easy as it looks.
I bought this phone because it is supposed to be easy to use for my elderly partner. The instruction booklet is complicated and hard to follow. I am trying to remove a name and number to Australia in case he dials it by mistake but cannot work out how to do it.

Wasn’t compatible with other phones in the house.
The phone had positives, but we were unable to establish, before making the purchase, if it would be compatible with the other handsets in the house, and sadly it wasn’t. Unfortunately we mistakenly thought we could return it in thirty days, rather than fourteen. Please may we return it to our local regular store and explain?

Rather odd
There is little choice in telephone/answer phones and this model which features call barring as its primary function was bought for its answering machine aspect. Oddly the screen is not backlit, oddly it signals a message by a bleep rather than a light so if you are away for a week's holiday it is bleeping away in an empty house all week, oddly it tells you how many calls you have but does not seem to have any facility to reset to zero.
