Constructed with a robust and stylish stainless steel build and a double skinned lid, this BBQ has precise temperature control capabilities. Under the lid sits porcelain enamelled Thermogrills for even heat distribution and responsive temperature control. Features and Benefits
Easy-Clean
The easy-clean system from Cadac features an angled removable drip tray which aids the draining of grease and water into an easily accessible drip cup. The non-stick vitreous enamel BBQ grids can be removed and cleaned with ease, simply wipe down with warm soapy water or pop it straight into the dishwasher.
The burner box of this BBQ has a clean and smooth inside surface and is made from enamel-coated steel or coated aluminium. With CADAC Easy Clean your BBQ is effortless to wash (normal oven cleaner is perfectly safe to use). Easily remove the fat pan and BBQ grid to wash the inside. Excess water drains off through a drip cup into a removable bucket.
ThermoGrid®
The ThermoGrill improves the quality of your cooking; trapping and distributing heat evenly across the cooking surface, heating up quicker than cast iron and offering more responsive temperature control.
Modular Cooking System
The CADAC Modular System will bring out the gourmet chef in you! Each modular cooking accessory is easily removed and alternative cooking modules are dropped in its place to ensure easy cooking. With a variety of different cooking surfaces such as a Teppanyaki plate, a non-stick reversible grill, ceramic baking stone and a warmer pan, you'll always find what you need to create great tasting BBQ food.
GreenGrill
Most of our cooking surfaces are supplied with a ‘CADAC GreenGrill coating’. This ceramic coating is made from organic materials and doesn’t contain any toxic substances. The CADAC GreenGrill is much more durable and harder than normal non-stick coating. It resists higher temperatures, divides the heat better and holds this heat, so less gas is used while grilling.
- Environmentally friendly – The ceramic coating is made from organics materials, so it is entirely free of PFOA's which pollute the atmosphere.
- Healthier cooking – Draining off excess fat and oils, the resulting food is healthier and better for a balanced diet.
- Durable – Built to last, the aluminium is specially pre-treated, then coated for long lasting and robust construction. This makes the CADAC GreenGrill more durable and harder than a normal "non-stick" PTFE surface.
- Easy clean – No need for scraping with wire brushes, the non-stick coating creates an easy clean surface for quick post BBQ clear up.
