Colour Match
A bit disappointed as the colour is a lot darker than the one shown but I had unpacked it etc and we needed it for that weekend so kept it, but wish I'd returned it as the colour doesn't match the bricks we're it is placed in the garden....
Good fire though.

Colour nowhere near the photos
I bought this a few days ago, delivery was incredibly quick and it was fantastically packaged, but when the item arrived, the colours were nothing like the photos. The ‘stone effect’ is grey as a base colour with what look like red and yellow patches of paint sprayed onto it. Although the quality is good, the photos are incredibly misleading colour-wise.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
