Hanging bird feeder
This is a very nice neat looking feeder. It does keep larger birds from being able to feed from it. Also seed keeps relatively dry due to lower roof. Easy to hang as well giving plenty of options as to where to place it. Would recommend this feeder.

Its a great idea but ...
Nice idea but didn't survive storm Henk! The nut attaching the base to the hook must have spun around an come apart. Sadly the plastic cover cracked when it fell but I will reuse if I can find the retaining nut in the garden!

Perfect for the robins!
I use the feeder for live mealworms and suet pellets and it’s ideal. The Robin found and started using it within minutes of putting out and the pigeons can no longer steal it all. The bonus of keeping the pellets dry if it rains saves me a lot of mess to clear up!
Only downside was a little difficult to put together but only has to be done once.

Keeps the feed dry
As others have said a little tricky to put together, but really effective rain cover. Birds are still getting used to it, so this is not their favourite stop yet. I will maybe try some mealworms or suet pellets on it rather than just seed.

Good value birdfeeder, sturdy and strong
I bought this bird feeder to fill with live mealworms to help our fledging birds who were nesting in our garden.
Happy with the feeder, its sturdy and well made and the lid can be moved up and down to prevent bigger birds trying to get the food - this was partially successful as we ended up with quite a few young starlings wriggling in and eating all the worms (!) but I would recommended this product.

Happiness in the garden
I am so happy I purchased this Bird feeder. I've been annoyed that pigeons have just been gobbling seed put out for small birds. This feeder is perfect and let's the smaller birds feed without being landed on by big birds

If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.

We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
