Looks good on the shelf
I saw a similar tool at a friends home so I thought I would get one to make it easier to trim my lawn and hedge. It is easy to assemble and change blades. However, it trims the lawn edges very well but when it comes to the hedges it can only trim the new buds/leaves. I am not disappointed but if I had seen it in operation I would not have bought it.

Light but not powerful
Original was faulty and wouldn’t charge. Replacement was OK but only suitable to cut new growth, not sturdier branches. Battery only lasts 20 minutes - after a 4 hour charge!

Useless, faulty, returned, refund awaited...
I bought this online,not available to view in Robert Dyas shops. Wish I hadn’t bought it. Failed from the outset. Either the machine or charger was faulty, or both. It didn’t charge and hence never used, useless.

I bought this about a month ago and have reported it as not wotking .-
Still waiting for replacement as promised. !
It might be a decent tool but will let you know if I should ever get one,
I think the service from Robert Dyas is deplorable !

Bought this a few weeks ago but as it’s still the middle of winter haven’t yet been able to use it. In fact don’t think I’ll use it until March or April.

Not enough power and sharp to cut grass, and the plastic handle. It's very poor quality. I'm not recommended.
