Charles Bentley 3m Parasol - Grey
The hanging umbrella is an alternative to the traditional garden umbrella. It is free standing, requiring a weight on the bottom to hold securely, and it can therefore be used anywhere in the garden. Ideal to put over a hot tub, BBQ or a table and chairs set, to protect from the sun or rain. The umbrella has a highly durable and corrosion resistant construction, making it suitable for the outdoors.

seems robust
Very pleased with the parasol which seems well-made. There's one slight dinge on the chrome surface of the turny-handle, but other than that all is well. It's great to have the space in the shade uncluttered by the supporting pole.

Good quality parasol
Having replaced our garden furniture we needed a parasol to one side and this seemed to fit the bill. It is well built, easy to deploy and adjust. Like most parasols/umbrella it doesn't like strong winds but apart from that it does the job well.

Large area coverage
Got this just before the summer to go with the oblong picnic table and bench set, perfect for creating a shaded area of over 4sqmtrs. Also stood up to mind wind buffering well.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
