When bought this a month ago and have finally got round to securing it to the floor. We live in a windy area and there was a high chance this would lift as the canopy is large and the weight of the constructed 4m X3m gazebo isn’t sufficient to anchor it down.
The instructions for assembly aren’t great but will get you there. Don’t try and assemble 1 handed like I did as when erected (before the canopy gets attached) it is quite flimsy and floppy. Once the canopy is in it all sort of tightens up in structure a bit.
It has been out in the rain and already has signs of rust so we have painted ours with rust stopping paint as it will be left outside in all weather along term. The canopy will be on and off depending on weather.
It provides good shade and does so at a very reasonable costs. Deliver was before stated so we are happy with the overall gazebo. Only marking down one star as the signs of rust weren’t expected after a couple of weeks outside in the summer. (Yes obviously it has been raining)

Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
