Time will tell
Bought these recently but haven't had chance to use them yet due to accident with extending ladders! Was a little surprised by the little tab that needs to be pulled over top step, hope they will be stable. A little heavier than expected.

safe ladder
Ive only recently bought this item but wished I bought it years ago. Very sturdy and feels safe to use getting older is no joke but taking precautions like using this ladder with handles is a start.

I brought these as I am a pensioner and did not fill safe on my old ladders I do not use them much because of my age but I felt safe and they are sturdy a little bit heavy for me but I still managed them I would recommend them

Not what I'd expect from Robert Dyas
Wobbles, Dented, heavy although supposed to be lightweight, no tools, no instructions, no idea whether I've set it up correctly - but eventual good service with free duplicate sent, but still same problems, just slightly less wobbles.

Bought for indoor use use
Finish scratched and chipped on delivery, handrails not a very good fit and make the steps bulky so they need to be stored out of the house, which is not what we were aiming for

Delivered with parts missing!
These steps were delivered weeks ago. The safety handles are separate and need to be attached with screws. Unfortunately, despite a search of the wrapping, no screws could be found, only a broken plastic tie. Despite repeated requests to Robert Dyas Customer Services, no assistance has been forthcoming. We are unable to use the ladders. The safety rails were the main reason for the purchase.
