I purchased a rather lovely chiminea but it arrived cracked, such a shame but Robert Dyas were very prompt and helpful in helping me sort this out.

Disappointed
This was delivered on 7th May without a rain lid. As it's not supposed to get wet this is quite an important feature.
I tried to contact Customer Services via the website but have heard nothing from them.
