What a disappointmentWhen I initially made the order through Robert Dyas, it said Click and Collect was not available, so I naturally assumed the item would be delivered to my home which suited as I have no transport. Ten days after getting an e-mail saying that it was on its way there was no sign of the bench. It eventually arrived in store today. I went to look just in case I could move it as I live very close to the store. Well, it was in pieces as you'd expect but unboxed which you wouldn't expect. There were no assembly instructions or fittings such as bolts. The Dyas staff member was as surprised as myself that the product had arrived in this condition and was very apologetic. No fault of Robert Dyas as this came straight from the supplier. It's currently heading back from whence it came. My plans for a nice outdoor Valentine's meal with a new lady in my life have been scuppered now so I'll be spending today on my own. Sadly, it's verboten to give a zero star review, otherwise I would do so. Total fiasco. I also note the bench has risen in price by about £50 since I ordered it two weeks ago. Not happy, me.
