Awful experience
Item took weeks to arrive, arrived damaged.. the return process was a nightmare, no customer care number only an email.. took over a week for an initial reply to return the item.. been almost two weeks since item was sent back bot heard back about a refund or replacement after numerous emails sent.. shocking customer care team.. wish I went elsewhere initially!
