Please note: This product is supplied in its natural state, finished with a fine sanding process. The wood has not been pre-treated and we would therefore recommend the use of teak oil/wood protection to add further protection and longevity to the product. Without additional protection, the wood will deteriorate over time.

Strong sturdy table
A lovely looking table. The only criticism is the poor quality screws provided with the table. Two of the screws sheered off as they were being screwed in and impossible to get the broken piece out and two new holes had to be made (luckily not in view) and used own screws.

So sad about this product
Me and my husband bought this as our first item for our new house. We absolutely loved it. We bought covers for it and most items stay in the garage in the winter. Even when it showers my husband whips the cover over it. We have followed the Care advice but with no results.
We noticed it started fading a little after a year. The wood then started splitting in lots of places and warping. It has warped all over and is really hard to photograph. By eye and touch you can really appreciate how bad this is.
So disappointing. We spent a lot of money on this item. Wish we didn’t now as we are stuck with it. It looks a mess.
I really hope this version of the table/furniture was a one off and it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
