Good for the money
I bought this two weeks ago but couldn't slot the lock attachment into the two holes provided. I had to take it down to the local Robert Dyas store and the very nice young man did it for me. It took some brute force to get it to fit. Once fitted it is a very nice outdoor storage container. I like it lots.

Flimsy base but seems watertight at the moment
Not bad for a basic box - bought for parcel delivery near front door to keep dry so far it’s watertight - 4 sides and lid is reasonably sturdy and easy to click together to construct - I thought they’d missed a panel - I assumed the base was just the liner and that the actual base was missing - strange to have 5 of 6 parts solid and the base an entirely different light weight material - would be improved with a solid base.

Cheap rubbish
I ordered this is hold a few garden items. The whole construction is cheap plastic, and the base is very flimsy indeed. It was fiddly to construct and I dare day won't last the rest of this year.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
