Great extendible table for our terrace
This table was easy to put together (2 people) and very suitable for our family of 4, but then we can extend it when we have guests. Only downful is that there is no place to put the parasol when table is smaller. Great leg room compared to our last similar garden table.

Poor delivery service, faulty product. It'll do.
Against - 1. Not quite as substantial timber as I had expected though I think it will last a good few years.
2. Chairs are on the narrow side - big behinds do not fit here, is the message, which might also mean, don't overload the seats, the slats could break!
3. On assembling, discovered that the lever on one of the catches that secures the pop-up extension panel had been forced, bent and fowled one of the main leaves so it would not fully open and the extension panel could not 'pop-up'. A pair of pliers help to straighten this and the mechanism then worked. Then discovered ...
4. A small square of timber that had been nailed to one of the long rails supporting the table top had been split and became detached leaving the two nails embedded in the rail. I could not see the purpose of this and have removed the nails. All seems to work.
That's the table dealt with but delivery was a bit hit and miss. It did not arrive by the given date. There was no message to say when delivery might be completed. I made contact twice, once to notify of "missing order". This was acknowledged but I was told to refrain from making repeat contacts, not when to expect delivery. I made a further contact after several days of silence. Still no word and no tracking info. Then one day I returned home from to find it was dumped on the approaching pavement to my front door.
Other than all this, I am happy with the product so far, after my repairs to it.

Nice table although 2 parts broken
For the price the table was good value, although I did discover two pieces of wood were broken on opening the box. These were the pivot bar which the centre extension S ection is attached to, plus the cross bar which the extension rests on when not being used. There was no obvious damage to the box on the outside. It was not worth arranging for a replacement so I was able to glue and screw a repair.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
