Good solid patio table
It was a bit tricky to assemble, with sparse instructions and some long screws requiring a bit of effort, but it's a good quality of wooden and very solid.

Just right for my garden
Bought the table for the summer and it worked really well. We had lots of barbecues and people over and it was lovely to have a table big enough to fit everyone. Also great that it folds flat for winter storage.

Oval Table
We needed a fairly lightweight table as it has to stand on grass. This looks good and was reasonable to assemble by two people BUT the joints are VERY flimsy and one has broken before we even used it.

Goods arrived damaged
Purchased a garden table 5 weeks ago delivered to me via courier damaged on arrival.
In spite of several emails Robert Dyas are still to refund me. stating table needs to be collected first, having given various dates, bearing in mind I was told can’t give specific times will be anywhere between 09.00 & 17.00 having explained just how many days are you expecting me to waste waiting for collection. Robert Dyas are a shower of dog poo and i’d warn people to never use their services. Really poor customer service, they hid behind we are operating on a skeleton staff (guess what every other company is now back to near normal).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
