great quality, wonderful delivery!
I think the star rating doesn't reflect the quality of this product and is completely unfair. My delivery was 12 weeks from order, but i had texts to confirm when delivery would be and a text the day before. I was told between 7:30am - 8:30am and my doorbell went off at 7:30 on the button. Please ignore past reviews and see that this is quality product and ell worth the money.

Damaged goods
Copy of email sent to Charles Taylor Ltd this morning:-
I received a delivery of a garden dining set yesterday. It was delivered to Cardiff by Stuart who assembled the table. The table was scratched during assembly and he took some photos of the damage. A chair was also damaged. Photo is attached. I had a phone call from Stuart’s manager but unfortunately I didn’t have a return number.
The set was ordered from Robert Dyas. Your order number is 43518. Their order number is 1004915300
Please advise me of your course of corrective action.

Quality Not Guaranteed
The chairs are a better quality than the table but the table legs are flimsy and the parasol base breaks easily, even with the support of the table the parasol has a permanent lean.
The table and chairs do not weather well even if covered, one year after delivery with minimal use the table has warped at one corner and the chairs are cracking across the top.
We waited for the first time to oil it when we had enough of a dry spell but there is little chance of recovery for this set.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
