A well built bench with comfort
We purchased this to be able to sit another two people in our garden following relaxation of the lockdown. As well as looking good and feeling well built it is also shaped for comfort, unlike many benches and with the table for setting up our cream tea-ideal for those sunny days.

No seat cushion.
Dunelm have the same bench/table but with a foam seat cushion for a couple of pounds more.

Good value garden furniture
We needed a replacement set for a lightweight table and bench that were life expired. These were far more robust and came fully assembled, fortunately they just squeezed through the (narrow) gap at the side of the bungalow.
The finish is smooth, the bench comfortable and the small table at a sensible height. Obviously, we'll not know for some years how good was the treatment the wood got.
Assembly looks to have been done well although I was disappointed that the slats seem to have been nailed in somewhat crudely rather than use bolts or screws.
There was some confusion at our end on delivery arrangements but even though I emailed on a Sunday, this was immediately attended to and later we had a phone call from the driver confirming Monday's delivery and the anticipated time. Very good!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
